May wedding set by Miss Santen and Mr. Paulitz

Melissa S. Santen, daughter of William and Barbara Santen of Boca Raton, Fla., and Craig J. Paulitz, son of John and Mary Ann Paulitz of Hubbard, are engaged, and will be married May 1 in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

Miss Santen received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla, and a master’s in nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She is a palliative care nurse practitioner at Harbor Palliative Care Services in Boca Raton.

Mr. Paulitz graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, and earned a master’s in nutrition from Kent State University. He is a clinical dietitian at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Fla.
