Alzheimer Network plans fundraiser

The Vindicator Alzheimer Network fundraiser A charity auction, “Valley Memories,” will be presented by volunteers of the Alzheimer Network Saturday at the Fifth Season Banquet Center, 1400 N. Canfield-Niles Road, Mineral Ridge. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and there will be Chinese, silent and live auctions for items donated by area individuals and businesses, including those displayed by, from left, Mary Kay Kollat, Dorothy Leone, Mary Ann Frank and Dorothy Barto. Entertainment will be by Take II. For tickets, call the Alzheimer’s Assistance and Referral Network at (330) 788-9755. Proceeds will fund the Network’s special caregiver education series, research support program, family groups, info-line and public awareness events.
