Police looking for ATV driver in Tuesday accident

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are looking for the all-terrain vehicle and driver involved in an accident that sent one woman to an area hospital.

According to police, Luz Fragosa-Franklin, 38, was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in serious condition after an accident between an ATV and a car at 4 p.m. Tuesday on Shehy Street on the East Side.

Fragosa-Franklin was a passenger on the ATV. An update on her condition today was not available.

The driver of the ATV, police said, left the scene of the accident. Police say they are looking to speak with the ATV driver.
