Mardi Gras raises funds for Hospice

Hospice of the Valley held its ninth annual Mardi Gras party Feb. 13 at Mr. Anthony’s on South Avenue.

Nearly 650 people attended the PNC sponsored fundraiser that featured a silent auction, Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle, psychic readings, Jazz with Tim Harker and Gayle George and dancing to DJ Bryan Ladd.

The event raised over $108,000 and all proceeds will stay local and benefit Hospice of the Valley.
