A new chapter at the library

The Poland Library’s Chapters Cafe has a new operator and new name.
The Rosetta Stone Chapters officially opened Monday at 7 a.m. and is being run by the owners of downtown Youngstown’s Rosetta Stone.
Chuck Sop, owner of Rosetta, he is pleased to be part of the Poland Library.
“Poland is a great community,” Sop said.
Sop noted the library’s beautiful architecture and feels his cafe is a perfect fit for the building and community. The cafe retained Chapters in its name because the name has been part of the library since the cafe began in 2002.
The cafe will be run by Sop’s sister, Nancy Parker, and its hours will be Monday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Rosetta Stone Chapters will be the caterer for those renting the meeting room for catered events.
Sop and his son, Gregory, started the Rosetta Stone Cafe and Wine Bar in downtown Youngstown in January 2008. They chose the name because it represented a breakthrough and they thought the restaurant would create positive change in downtown Youngstown.
