Tara M. Stewart, 20, of 4th Street, Struthers, theft.

Heather M. Hafer, also known as Heather McKissick, 34, of Clarksburg, Pa., passing bad checks, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Kelvan Brown, 43, of Park Hill Drive, burglary and two counts of cocaine possession.

Edward J. Hines, 21, of Fairgreen Avenue, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

Mychael Ann DeFrank, 31, of Florist Avenue, heroin possession and two counts of cocaine possession with forfeiture specifications, and failure to comply with a police order.

Willie L. Curry, 24, of Lansdowne Boulevard, heroin possession with a forfeiture specification.

Roy D. Williams, 23, of Manhattan Avenue, failure to comply with a police order, illegal gun possession and carrying concealed weapons.

Milton Glenn, 32, of North Evanston Avenue, failure to comply with a police order.

Crystal M. Harris, 35, of Akron, receiving stolen property.

Hope Mogg, 38, of James Lane, Girard, heroin possession.

Valerie A. Dieter, 31, of Florencedale Avenue, drug possession.

Carlton C. Dyer, 24, of Trussit Avenue, cocaine possession.

Justin McGirk, 20, of Cook Avenue, Boardman, permitting drug abuse and two counts of drug possession.

Danny Lee Clark, 55, of Craigsville, W.Va., attempted drug possession and aggravated funding of drug trafficking with forfeiture specifications.

Michael Spellick, 31, of Cooper Street, conspiracy to aggravated drug possession and attempted drug possession with forfeiture specifications.

Talia Jackson, 30, of North Osborn Avenue, felonious assault.

Clifford E. Smith Jr., 22, of Mathews Road, Boardman, vandalism.

Braylyn Williams, 19, of Aravesta Avenue, Boardman, felonious assault with a gun specification.

Steven S. Wilson, 30, of Goshen Road, Salem, and Jason Evans, 27, of West Wilson Street, Salem, unlawful sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl.

Thomas Craciun, 34, of South Dunlap Avenue, illegal marijuana cultivation.

Roderick Dixon, 43, of Sherwood Avenue, cocaine possession and permitting drug abuse.

India A. Weatherly, 20, of Staatz Drive, patient abuse.
