Farm Bureau, county sheriff office establish reward program

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Farm Bureau and the county sheriff’s office have established a partnership to promote the Ohio Farm Bureau’s $2,500 anti-crime reward program.

That program was recently endorsed by the Buckeye State Sheriff’s Association, which consists of all 88 county sheriffs in Ohio.

The reward is paid to those who provide law enforcement with information leading to the arrest and conviction of people committing arson, burglary, vandalism and other felonies on farm bureau members’ properties.
