Aggravated burglary charges dismissed against two city men

YOUNGSTOWN — Charges have been dropped against two men accused in a South Side home invasion.

Harold Reeder, 29, of Marion Avenue, and Charles Scott, 27, of Roslyn Drive, were accused of entering a home on Lakeview Drive on Thursday and refusing to leave. Reports said they were armed and threatening to harm a pet and residents in the home. Police initially charged them with aggravated burglary.

Prosecutors decided not to go forward with any charges today against the two men because of a lack of evidence.
