Good turnout today for Minority and Female Business confab at YSU


About 200 people attended the Minority and Female Business Conference today at Youngstown State University.

Various speakers presented information on how to start and finance businesses.

The keynote speaker was Melinda Carter, deputy director of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.

Also included in the seminar were opportunities for people to meet one on one with area companies who are looking to do business with minority- and female-owned businesses.
