Struthers advances to regional final

BARBERTON — The Struthers High girls basketball team defeated Geneva, 50-46, to advance to the regional final for the first time since 1980. Dana Mathews scored 27 points before fouling out with seven seconds remaining. Katelyn Ardale 11 points including a free throw with four seconds remaining in the Division II contest.
