New addition opened Thursday at Windsor House in Girard

GIRARD — Windsor House, local owners and operators of 11 nursing homes and two assisted living communities in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania will have an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday to celebrate the completion of an addition at Windsor House at Liberty Arms Assisted Living, 1353 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.

Refreshments and tours will be provided.

With the addition of 13 new apartments, the assisted living community will now have 54 total apartments. The dining and activity rooms also have been enlarged to accommodate the new residents.
