Staff report
YOUNGSTOWN
The man accused in the city’s most recent murder is being held in the Mahoning County jail with bond set at $3 million.
Randy Bell appeared Thursday before Judge Elizabeth Kobly of Youngstown Municipal Court for arraignment on murder charges. He already was being held in the jail on a drug-trafficking charge. Judge Kobly set the $3 million bond. Bell is due back before Judge Kobly March 12.
Bell is charged with the Feb. 19 murder of Mark Trulson of Atlantic, Pa. Police say Bell and Trulson argued over money, and Bell began shooting at Trulson’s car while chasing him in another car.
Trulson was shot in the head and killed at South and Dewey avenues.
