Portion of Woodland Avenue closed in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — A small portion of Woodland Avenue under the South Avenue Bridge is closed effective immediately due to an unforseen circumstance related to a storm sewer replacement along the roadway. Traffic will be maintained via Hadnet Avenue. The roadway is expected to be reopened by Tuesday, city officials said.
