YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified the man who died in a motorcycle accident Tuesday night on the city's South Side.

Police said Charles Mulligan, 48, of Boardman, was riding his motorcycle about 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Avenue and Midlothian Boulevard, when a car pulled out from a parking lot into Mulligan's path.
