Boardman man dies in motorcycle accident in Youngstown
YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified the man who died in a motorcycle accident Tuesday night on the city's South Side.
Police said Charles Mulligan, 48, of Boardman, was riding his motorcycle about 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Avenue and Midlothian Boulevard, when a car pulled out from a parking lot into Mulligan's path.
The motorcycle crossed both lanes of traffic and was hit by a second car, which knocked Mulligan underneath a third car traveling in the opposite direction, dragging the biker for a distance.
