CISV plans reverse raffle

YOUNGSTOWN — The Northeast Ohio Chapter of Children’s International Summer Villages/USA will sponsor a “Passport to Peace,” reverse raffle gala from 6 to 10 p.m. March 14 at the Davis Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.

The first and each 10th ticket drawn will win $100, and a grand prize of $1,000 will go to the last ticket drawn.

There will be silent and Chinese auction items, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, beverages, desserts and coffee.
