Benefit dinner planned for Poland family

POLAND — Holy Family Youth Ministry is sponsoring a benefit dinner for a township family whose home was destroyed in an explosion Feb. 13.

Jan and Kayla Brahler, who are Holy Family parishioners, escaped unharmed from the Center Road home before it exploded.

The church’s youth ministry is sponsoring a benefit dinner for the family from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Holy Family Parish Center, 2729 Center Road. Tickets are on sale after Masses and at the parish offices. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

The cost is $12.50 for adults and $8 for children 10 and younger. Children 5 and younger will be able to eat for free.
