Rondinelli edges Astro in Class B

Rondinelli Tuxedo scored four runs in the third inning and held off a late rally by Astro Falcons for a 5-4 win in the Class B League on Monday night at Cene Park.
Kyle Vaclav and Cory Angelo had two-run hits for Rondinelli. Vaclav and Dan Ferguson hit doubles, and Ferguson scored an insurance run in the sixth on a single by Adam Shrodek. Mack Thurbur was the winning pitcher and Phil Hull got the final out for the save.
Dave Sugar 4, Livi Steel 2
Randy Risch pitched a complete game, allowing just four hits and striking out 10. Nick Benson had two hits, including a double, for Sugar.
Tyler Hartman allowed just one earned run on five hits, and struck out 10, in a complete-game effort for Livi.
CLASS AA
YOUNGSTOWN
Ohio Glaciers defeated Yanek Chiropractic 12-0 in a Class AA League game at Pemberton-Donnell Park.
Mike Cabrera, Joe Iacobucci, Trent Vallinger and Corey Hill all had two hits for Glaciers. Iacobucci had a double and two RBIs, while Wade Daniels and Vallinger also drove in a pair.
Hill was the winning pitcher, scattering five hits in a complete game. He struck out four.
Mike Vitucci had two hits, including a triple, for Yanek.
ROTH BROS. 4, OHIO GLACIERS 3
YOUNGSTOWN
Cameron Cimino had three hits, including a triple, and drove in the go-ahead run in the ninth inning for Roth. Ray Jaminet and Dave Schafer added two hits each for Roth, and Jamie Palumbo hit a double. Josh Conkey went the first eight innings, striking out seven, for the win, and Keith Jackson pitched the ninth for the save.
Glaciers was led by Corey Johnson, who had a three-run double. Matt Durkin added a pair of singles and was stranded on second in the bottom of the ninth.
