Humane Society offers special fee

Humane Society of Columbiana County, in a patriotic gesture for the 4th of July, is making its adoption fee for cats and kittens $17.76 from noon to 8 p.m. July 2 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 3. Standard adoption rules apply.
