Pa. State Police say W.Pa. man flashed mail carrier
HUNKER, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania State Police say they plan to charge a southwestern Pennsylvania man who was nude on his porch when a female letter carrier arrived with his mail.
State police have not identified the man, but say in a news release today that he will be charged with indecent exposure for the incident at his home in Hunker, Westmoreland County, on June 16.
Police say the incident happened about 3 p.m.
According to a news release, “As the victim delivered the mail the actor was standing on the porch completely nude exposing his genitals to the victim and smiling at her.”
Police did not immediately explain why the man has yet to be charged.
Hunker is about 25 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
