910th personnel headed to Afghanistan and Oman on Tuesday

VIENNA — Eighteen members of the 910th Airlift Wing will deployed Tuesday for six months to locations in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and Thumrait, Oman, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Sixteen members assigned to the 76th Aerial Port Squadron and two members of the 910th Logistics Readiness Squadron will provide cargo handling, passenger services and ramp services for Air Terminal Operation Centers in the region. They are scheduled to return in December.
