Parents reveal Tryon-Pavlak engagement

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jennifer Marie Tryon and Ryan Steven Pavlak are being announced by their parents, Sally Miller of Cortland, and Steven and Andrea Pavlak of Austintown.

Miss Tryon graduated cum laude from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in radiologic and imaging sciences. She is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer with Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, Pa.

Mr. Pavlak earned an associate degree in radiologic and imaging sciences from KSU, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in magnetic resonance imaging. He is employed by Boardman Medical Supply in Girard.

The couple will be united in marriage on Aug. 28 at St. Columba Cathedral. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for a reception at the Fifth Season Banquet Hall in Mineral Ridge.
