Fifth Season chefs to conduct grilling seminar Monday

Salem Community Center, 1098 N. Ellsworth Ave., will have a grilling seminar Monday night.

Chefs Steve James and Tom Champion will lead the class, which will feature The Fifth Season Restaurant and Catering Co.

The teaching begins at 7 p.m. and will include tips about grilling steak and vegetables. Registration is $8 per person.
