Move Over Broadway to stage ‘Monday’ show

Move Over Broadway Productions will present “Monday Always Leads to Murder,” a dinner-theater comedy-mystery, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Doors open at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 and the presentation at 7:30.

The story revolves around Harry Monday (played by Terry Shears), who tries to solve a murder that took place 20 years ago and tries to write a play about his career at the same time. The cast also includes Grace Vouvalis, Regina Reynolds, Tim McGinley, Glenn Stevens, Tom Hathhorn, Denise Sculli, JoAnne Santagata, John Cox, Tom Gent, Andy Magusiak, Fr. Terry Hazel and Patti Shears.

Marlene Menaldi Strollo is the director. Stage manager is Linda Hathhorn.

The production will benefit the St. Michael Family Life Center Building Fund. Tickets are $25, which includes a sit-down dinner. Reservations are required. Entree choices are beef au jus, baked chicken and fried fish. Play-only tickets will be available at the door for $12 ($10 for students and seniors).
