LeBron James’ neighbor selling home

BATH, Ohio

LeBron James’ next-door neighbor is selling his home on eBay.

Neighbor David Barry describes the 3,548 square-foot house as being directly next door to the basketball superstar. It’s about 10 miles outside James’ hometown of Akron.

The two-time NBA MVP will soon decide if he wants to stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers or sign with another team.

Barry says he’s trying to figure out how James’ possible departure could affect the sale.

So far, the latest bid is just over $50,000.

Twenty-eight-year-old Barry bought the four-bedroom house three years ago for $280,000. It’s about one-tenth the size of James’ 33,000-square-foot mansion.
