Drugs found in car carrying 8-year-old girl

Police arrested a man on drug charges after a traffic stop and also charged him with child endangerment because his 8-year-old daughter was in the car.

Police stopped Marcus A. Dill, 28, of Birch Street, Youngstown, at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on Midlothian Boulevard.

Police said they found three bags of suspected marijuana and two bags of pills in his possession. He also had $173.

Dill was charged with driving under suspension, drug abuse, trafficking in drugs and endangering children. His daughter was taken to a relative’s house.

Dill remained in the Struthers jail until his court date today.
