City man's sentencing postponed, he wants a new lawyer

YOUNGSTOWN — A man convicted of assaulting and kidnapping his former girlfriend is going to have to wait to learn how long he will be in prison.

Hester Howell, 40, filed a grievance today against his attorney Jeffrey Limbian and told Judge Lou D’Apolito of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court that he did not want Limbian to handle his sentencing. The complaint against Limbian is under review.

Howell will be sentenced after a new attorney is assigned to handle his case. He is facing up to 131⁄2 years in prison.
