“Chicago,SDRq directed by David Jendre. Youngstown Playhouse, 600 Playhouse Lane, Youngstown. Auditions will be at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday and are open to the public. All roles are available. Large cast of males and females age 16 and older are needed. Auditioners should bring sheet music. Accompanist will be provided. Dress comfortably to dance. “Edgar Allan Poe’s The Cask of Amontillado,SDRq a co-production between Victorian Players and J&B Prodcution Arts Services at Victorian Players Theater, 702 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown. Auditions are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Four men and four women are needed in addition to a chorus of men and women that will appear at different times during the course of the show. Ages are not crucial, although the main characters were written toward the ages of 30s and 40s. No previous experience is required. Rehearsals will begin the week of Labor Day. Cavalier Girls Team, Quicken Loans Arena, One Center Court, Cleveland. Auditions will begin at 10 a.m. July 17 for next season’s squad. Candidates must be 18 years old or older and have reliable transportation and flexible schedules for rehearsals, games and appearances during and prior to 2010-11 season.
