American Legion to dispose of American flags Friday

Sons of the American Legion Mahoning Valley Squadron 15 in Poland will dispose of worn, frayed, torn or faded American flags day.Fri

The ninth annual Flag Disposal Ceremony begins at 8:45 p.m. at the War Memorial Building Post 15 Home, 35 Cortland St.

The group will burn the flags, which is the accepted method of disposal.
