Outside the house, police found four people in a van and arrested two of them.

Charles Bailey, 36, of Lisbon was charged with having drug abuse instruments. Police said they found a needle in his pocket.

Gary Ryan, 23, of West Avondale Avenue was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a weapon when prohibited from doing so because of prior convictions.

In the house, police said, they found a scale, a rock of crack cocaine and $1,410 in Reynolds’ pocket.

In the van, police said, they found a loaded .380 semiautomatic pistol and six rounds of ammunition.

At 6:50 p.m., police executed a search warrant at 3424 Hillman St.

Harmon was charged with possession of crack cocaine, and Morris was arrested on a warrant for a traffic offense.

Police said that inside the house, they found a jar with 11 rocks of crack, a bullet-proof vest, pills and a bag with nine rocks of crack in a coat pocket.
