LeBron James' neighbor selling house on eBay

BATH, Ohio (AP) — LeBron James’ next-door neighbor is selling his home on eBay.

Neighbor David Barry describes the 3,548-square-foot house as being directly next door to the two-time NBA MVP.

Barry, 28, bought the four-bedroom house three years ago for $280,000. It’s about one-tenth the size of James’ 33,000-square-foot mansion.

James will soon decide if he wants to stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers or sign with another team.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer first reported the house’s bid at $15,100. As of noon today, the latest bid was $160,000. The bidding ends June 30.
