Mineral Ridge woman surrenders insurance license

COLUMBUS

Christina Cole of Mineral Ridge has surrendered her insurance license following an investigation by the Ohio Department of Insurance over allegations that she failed to remit $14,687 of premium dollars to State Farm Insurance.

Cole neither admits or denies the allegations, the Ohio Department of Insurance said in a news release. She surrendered the license effective June 16, 2010.
