Commercial Intertech Retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall on Logan Way. Lou Pizzuto will preside, and reports will be given by Gloria Wielbruda and Roberta Shick. Girard Senior Citizens will meet at the center, 16 N. State St., Girard, at 11 a.m. Wednesday. After the business session, an annual picnic luncheon will be served. The cost is $4 with payment at the door. Bingo will be played.
Holy Family Seniors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Parish Center’s Hope Hall. Use the Youth Center entrance. Jennie Nethers will preside. Hostesses will be Jean Evans, Vickie Murphy, Virginia Lyden and Mary Medovich. Sandwiches, snacks, coffee and tea will be served. Dr. Sheryl Figliano from the Center for Hearing Care will provide complimentary hearing screenings and ear-wax exams at 10 a.m. Dues for the July picnic, $10 for members and $13 for guests, will be collected. Holy Name Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. June 27 in Founders Hall for lunch, cards and bingo. The luncheon/attendance fee is $2. Serving on the luncheon committee are Judy Janik and Jane Martin. June birthdays will be observed, and there will be a raffle drawing. Members may sign up for the July picnic; cost is $6. Club members and nonmembers of the parish are welcome.
Liberty Friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Presbyterian Church. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee will be provided. Cards and games will be played.
Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, Lurana Cowher will give the devotions, and there will be a pizza party at noon. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. REAC 3298 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the aerie on Raccoon Road. A luncheon will follow the business meeting with Donna Joseph and Betty Evanoski as hostesses. June birthdays and anniversaries will be celebrated, and there will be a 50-50 raffle. New members are welcome. The next meeting will be a picnic at 1 p.m. July 19 at the aerie. St. Christine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the parish center. Ruth Infante will preside, and reports will be given by Mary Jo Theis and Carol McClain. The lunch will be provided by Ron Joy Nursing Home. After the business meeting, there will be attendance prizes and a 50-50 raffle. Bingo and cards will be played. This is the final day to make reservations for the July 7 picnic.
Sts. Peter and Paul Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ukrainian Center with Ann Smith presiding. Pat Hoffman and Laura Dulay will give reports, and lunch will be served by Karen Gaca, Marge Schialdone, Angie Revetti and Josephine Appugliese. New members are welcome.
