The Force may be with Jon Stewart Fandemonium

Jon Stewart, of ComEDy Central’s “The Daily Show,” is scheduled to interview filmmaker George Lucas live from Celebration, V, the mega-“Star Wars” convention to be take place Aug. 12-15 in Orlando, Fla.

The interview will be an hour-long discussion of the past and future of “Star Wars.” Stewart, is known to be a fan of the six-film saga, has interviewed Lucas before on his program.

Fan questions for Stewart and Lucas can be submitted on the official Star Wars Celebration V website at www.starwarscelebration.com.

Celebration V will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the second film, otherwise known as Episode V, “The Empire Strikes Back.” Other events include a Celebration Chapel for weddings, Laser Tag games, interviews with “Robot Chicken Star Wars” filmmakers Matt Sen-reich and actor Seth Green, and updates on the “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” animated series.
