Stacey M. Revak and Phillip J. Merlo exchanged nuptial vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony on May 15 as they were united in marriage by the Rev. Alex Hilliard at Zion Lutheran Church.

The couple accepted congratulations at a reception at the Regency House in Austintown. They honeymooned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and live in Canfield.

Parents of the bride are Charla and Calvin Dahlstrom of Austintown and Michael and Kathleen Revak of Canfield. The groom’s parents are Phillip M. and Peggy Merlo of Austintown.

The bride’s strapless diamond white A-line grown featured a corset style bodice and was embellished with crystals and pearls.

Victorian lilac gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Karen Maleski, and the bridesmaids, Jackie Moretti, Kristin Campbell, Amy Nolan and Michelle McCune. Flower girl was Madelyn Merlo.

John Gocala Jr. was best man, and groomsmen were Brian Revak, Matthew Gilboy, Ryan Williams and David McCune II. Ring bearer was David McCune III.

Mrs. Merlo graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y., with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is a staff physical therapist with Akron Children’s Hospital in Boardman.

Mr. Merlo graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree and is employed by Boardman Township.
