Parents announce Shiley-Bulford engagement

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Crystal L. Shiley and Matthew T. Bulford is being announced by their parents, Richard and Diane Shiley of Newton Falls and Ronald and Karen Bulford of Salem.

Miss Shiley graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in history. She is a human resource manager at Lyco Manufacturing in Lowellville.

Mr. Bulford is an industrial painter at CMI EFCO in Salem.

The couple will be united in marriage Sept. 25 at First Church of the Nazarene in Niles. Invitations will be issued for their wedding and reception.
