Michelle Schafer, a daughter of Ray and Cathy Schafer of Berlin Center, and Vincent Zerkle, a son of Victor and Judy Zerkle of Beloit, were married at 2:30 p.m. March 20 at Mount Moriah Lutheran Church.

After a reception at A La Cart Catering in Canfield, the couple left on a Caribbean Cruise. They live in Alliance.

The bride wore a white satin A-line gown enhanced with beaded lace and featuring a halter-style bodice and a chapel train.

Betty Barr was the honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Angela Walters, Jodi Fernholtz, MaKenna Hartzel and Alexa Zerkle. They wore either canary or watermelon-colored gowns. Flower girl was Shelbi Fernholz.

Andrew Zerkle served as best man, and groomsmen were Tim Schafer, Scott Zerkle, Brandon Zerkle and Mason Zerkle. Ring bearer was Spencer Fernholz.

The bride graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown and is a customer service representative with Sancap Liner Technology in Alliance, where the groom is a slitter operator.
