Each year, students look forward to trading their traditional school day in for a day of fun in the sun.

North Elementary hosted its annual fun day June 10 as an end-of-the-year treat for students. The school was revamped, inside and out, into an arena of sports activities and games. The day featured basketball, a dunk tank, two inflatables, golf, soccer, bowling, crafts, football, volleyball and baseball.

Principal Michael Masucci volunteered as the dunk tank victim.

Each grade rotated through the different stations and took turns with the activities. This day was especially memorable for the fourth-graders since it would be their final fun day as a North Elementary student.

The event was sponsored by the PTO and manned by volunteers and staff.
