Calif. woman indicted in marijuana drug case

COLUMBUS

Federal authorities say a California woman who flew on a private jet to Ohio with 506 pounds of marijuana stashed in 13 suitcases has been indicted.

Authorities formalized the drug charges against 28-year-old Lisette Lee on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Columbus.

The Los Angeles woman faces one count of conspiracy and one of possession with intent to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana.

Authorities say Lee was arrested at a Columbus airport Monday night.
