Real estate training law session tonight in Mineral Ridge

MINERAL RIDGE — Atty. Dan Daniluk and the Daniluk Law Firm will present a training session on real estate law at the Mahoning Valley Real Estate Investors Association monthly meeting from 6 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at the Fifth Season Banquet Hall, 1400 N. Canfield Niles Road (state Route 46) at Countyline Road.

This training is offered toward accreditation for the Ohio Professional Housing Provider certification, provided by the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association.

The new Youngstown Rental Property Registration and Inspection program also is expected to be a major point of discussion for Mahoning Valley Real Estate Investors, many of whom rehabilitate and rent homes in Youngstown.
