Two injured in Youngstown drive-by

YOUNGSTOWN

Two people were hurt in a drive-by shooting at the Plaza View apartments on McGuffey Road Thursday,

Youngstown police reported that Adam R. Christian, 21, of North Garland Avenue and a 15-year-old girl whose name they would not provide went to St. Elizabeth Health Center after the shooting at 3:11 p.m.

Their injuries were not life-threatening, police said.

Police said the girl told them she saw a silver car with several men in it. The front passenger was the shooter, she said.

Police recovered spent 9 mm and .22-caliber shells at the scene.
