Yo-Mah-O chapter names ‘2010 Member of the Year’

Yo-Mah-O-Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals honored its “2010 Member of the Year” at a banquet on April 21 at Tippecanoe Country Club.

Nancy Brunner was chosen by the membership for the honor. She has been employed 37 years by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where she started in the microfilm department and has held several positions such as claims processor, claims auditor, unit leader and supervisor. Currently she is manager of customer service in such areas as Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana and Wisconsin.

A member of the Yo-Mah-O Chapter since 2007, Brunner has served on a number of committees including Ways and Means, Administrative Professionals Week, and membership, and has been chairwoman of the community service committee for the past two years.
