Lake Milton recycling regatta postponed to Aug. 14

LAKE MILTON

The recycling regatta planned for Saturday has been rescheduled to Aug. 14 at Lake Milton State Park.

All boats entered in the regatta must be made of at least 70 percent recycled product and must be able to be broken down and recycled after the event.

Nails, 55 gallon drums, containers that held household hazardous waste, boogie boards, surfboards and motors may not be used.

For recycled products to use, contact the Green Team, ReCreate, Youngstown Litter Control & Recycling or your local school.
