4 men rob western, Pa. woman in her garage

COLVER, Pa. (AP) — Police say four young men wearing masks and hooded sweat shirts robbed a woman of medication and a large amount of money at gunpoint in her own garage.

Police in Cambria Township have not charged or arrested any suspects in Tuesday morning’s heist.

Police say one of the men had a gun and forced the woman into the garage after she returned from taking her children to school about 7:50 a.m. Officer-in-charge Nathan Stohon says the men emptied her purse, taking prescription medications and a “large amount” of cash he declined to specify.

Police believe the robbers may have known the woman, who wasn’t injured.
