Child care program offered by YWCA

YOUNGSTOWN

Registration is open for children 6 to 12 for the 2010 YWCA Summer School Age Child Care Program at YWCA Discovery Place West at Mahoning United Methodist Church, 2214 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown (on the bus line).

The program will be operated from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays from June 14 to Sept 3. Featured will be weekly themed lesson plans, field trips, swimming, bowling, sports, games, speakers, diversity training, financial management education and character building and literacy activities.

Part-time and full-time rates, scholarships and financial aid are available for families who qualify.
