Racers line up to compete in Saturday’s Greater Youngstown Area Soap Box Derby in Mineral Ridge. Because of inclement weather, the remaining races were canceled in mid-afternoon, and the competition will resume at 10 a.m. today at the same location on Seaborn Street.
