The Lisbon Landmark Foundation, a committee of the Lisbon Area Chamber of Commerce, will host its first Garden Tour from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 25 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 26. Seven landscaped homes will be available for viewing.
The cost is $8 per person. Proceeds will go to the preservation of historic Lisbon.
Also on June 26, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., people can shop at the Market on the Square that offers homegrown items, homemade crafts and baked goods. At 6 p.m., there will be a free concert on the square with the Pure Gold Band playing from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are available before and during the tour at Bill’s True Value, Bye Hardware, Steel Trolley Diner or the chamber office at 120 N. Market St.

Reptiles workshop
EAST LIVERPOOL
The Beaver Creek Wildlife Education Center will have an Ohio reptiles workshop from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Beaver Creek Wildlife Education Center, located at the entrance to Beaver Creek State Park.
The workshop will offer hands-on experience with live specimens. Participants will learn how to identify the reptiles.
There is no cost for the workshop, but donations will be accepted.

Ohio Bar seminars

The Ohio State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Department is offering seminars in Youngstown and Steubenville in June and July.
The course offered in Youngstown will be Advanced Topics in Family Law (simulcast Friday at Youngstown State University’s Kilcawley Center; and on July 14, Elder Law Institute Highlights (simulcast) at Eastern Gateway Community College, 4000 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville.
Each course will be worth six CLE hours.

Arts and crafts show

Applications are being accepted for an arts and crafts show set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 31 at the Moose Mercantile, 6885 state Route 45. A 14-by-14 foot space is $45.

Firearms certification

Sgt. Chris Moffitt recently attended a firearms instructor school at the South Euclid Police Department.
He was certified in semiautomatic, shotgun and revolver. The certification means Moffitt can instruct new recruits and other officers in the use of these weapons.
Moffitt has been with the department for 12 years.
