Howland Township paramedics, Warren firefighters and a Warren police officer all attended to two small boys, their mother and their grandmother — all from Warren Township — whose car was rear-ended on Youngstown Road in Warren on Wednesday afternoon. The man in the striped shirt is James Taylor of Warren, the father of the boys, who was not involved in the accident.
