Woman indicted in death of motorcyclist

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a Campbell resident on an aggravated vehicular homicide charge in the March 2 death of a motorcyclist on South Avenue.

Tasha L. Moore, 28, of Jackson Street, who allegedly drove without a valid driver’s license, was indicted Thursday on the second degree felony charge, which carries a possible prison term of two to eight years.

The motorcyclist, Charles Mulligan, 48, of Boardman, was southbound, when a car pulled into his path from a parking lot. The motorcycle hit that car and was thrown into oncoming traffic, where it was hit by a second car.

Mulligan was thrown into the path of a third car that hit him and dragged him about 60 feet, Youngstown police said.
