Boardman woman killed in Youngstown auto crash
YOUNGSTOWN — A 20-year-old Boardman woman was killed in a traffic crash early this morning at Market Street and Falls Avenue.
Based on an autopsy by Dr. Joseph Ohr, Mahoning County deputy coroner, the coroner’s office said Melissa Hanna, of Hillman Way, died of blunt force injuries to her head in the 1:06 a.m. crash.
A police report said the car Hanna owned and drove, a white two-door 1995 Dodge, was split in half in the crash.
The other car was a black two-door 2001 Honda Civic, owned and driven by Andrew Wilson, 21, of Palmetto Drive, who was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Police said they were unable to speak to Wilson. The complete accident report was not available late this afternoon.
