Time-Warner cable glitch fixed this afternoon

YOUNGSTOWN — Time-Warner Cable customers in the Mahoning Valley got a frozen screen for the local channels today because of a technical problem.

The problem, which did not affect other cable channels, persisted for about an hour. Service was restored by 1 p.m., said Travis Reynolds, Time-Warner spokesman.
